Step 1: We meet with you to preview your property, walk through it with you to assess its condition and marketability, taking photos and detailed notes on what may need to be done to get your property ready for marketing. We listen to your needs and your goals and respect your timeline and budget.

 

Deliverable: Written Market Valuation of Your Property.


Step 2: We meet with all the service providers and obtain estimates of all work and a timeline to complete it, so you know what’s happening at all times.

 

Deliverable: A detailed proposal of any work tor clean-up that may need to be completed to get your property ready for online marketing and sale. The proposal outlines the work, how long it will take, the cost involved, and the return on investment.

Step 2: You meet with us and decide what you are willing to do and if you need us to oversee and manage the work at no extra cost to you.

 

Deliverable: We assist you in obtaining through the Compass Concierge program, up to $30,000 to assist with the cost of improvements. There is no upfront cost for the money. The money is repaid at the close of escrow.

 

Step 4: Envoy Group Team plans and oversees all work at no extra expense, and if you are an out of area owner you receive regular video updates on the progress.
